Complex Events is a family of programmable logic technologies that lets you implement custom algorithms without modifying the base firmware.
You can create your own algorithms that run alongside the built-in firmware, extending its functionality for specific applications, from simple automation tasks to advanced event processing and data analysis.
Depending on your experience and project requirements, two development approaches are available:
- CE Blocks – Visual logic development using CFC (Continuous Function Chart) and Flowchart diagrams. Ideal for creating and understanding algorithms without writing code.
- CE Code – Programming in standard C for maximum flexibility and performance. Algorithms are compiled and executed in a separate thread, ensuring they do not affect the stability of the main firmware.
