NTC FLEX Emulator program is an emulator of a telematic device that transmits information in the FLEX format (flexibly customizable NTCB protocol format), and is designed to visualize the process of data transfer to the server in this format. The program is designed to help developers quickly implement this protocol on the GPS platform.
Along with the program NTC Server (telematic server emulator), NTC FLEX Emulator program turns into a convenient tool for studying the process of data exchange between the server and the device.
