NTC FLEX Emulator is an application that emulates a telematics device transmitting data using the FLEX protocol (the configurable data format of the NTCB protocol). It is designed to provide a clear demonstration of how data is transmitted from a device to a server using this protocol, helping software developers implement FLEX support on their telematics platforms as quickly as possible.
When used together with NTC Server (a telematics server emulator), NTC FLEX Emulator becomes a convenient tool for learning and testing the communication process between a device and a server.
