The server settings described in this article can only be changed via SMS.
Before switching a device to another server, contact your monitoring platform's technical support to confirm the correct IP address and port.
Be prepared to provide the following information:
- Device model
- Communication protocol
The SMS command can be sent to any device if its SIM card phone number is known and the following conditions are met:
