¶ Login Page
After opening https://drc.navtelecom.ru, the login page is displayed.
From this page you can:
- Sign in to your account.
- Recover your password.
- Select one of the available interface languages.
- Create a new account by opening the registration page.

The current DRC version is displayed below the system logo.
To open the registration page, click Registration.
¶ Registration Page
To create a new account, fill in all required fields and click Register.
The email address must be unique. An account cannot be created using an email address that is already registered.
Make sure to enter a valid email address, as your account details will be sent to it.
After clicking Register, if all entered information is valid, the following message will be displayed:
The email you receive will contain:
Account ID- your unique identifier in the DRC system.Login- your email address.Password- an automatically generated password for signing in.
After receiving the email, contact Navtelecom Technical Support to activate your account.
Send an email to support@navtelecom.ru and include your Account ID in the request.
By default, newly created accounts are inactive. If you attempt to sign in before activation, the following message will be displayed:
