The SIGMA module is supplied with the universal
AT-MODEM firmware. This firmware allows the module to be controlled using AT commands and provides the following functionality:
- scan nearby Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth devices;
- connect to Wi-Fi access points for data exchange;
- operate as a Wi-Fi access point for other devices;
- read the status of a digital input;
- control a digital output.
When running the
AT-MODEMfirmware, the SIGMA module is not a standalone device.
Its operating mode is controlled by a navigation terminal or any other host device that sends the required AT commands.
