To improve the quality of work with Multi-IMSI and SIM cards of virtual mobile operators, we advise to follow the recommendations below.
All settings must be made on the Data Transmission tab.

Device firmware dated 09.03.2021 or later is required to follow this recommendation.
To update the firmware you can use DRC server or NTC Configurator by connecting with USB or remotely.

In the updated firmware, the default timeout for registration in the cellular network will be 180
seconds. In practice, even 90 seconds will be enough to take into account most of the delays for Multi-IMSI.

NTC Configurator v3.1.6 and older does not work with registration timeout setting.
In this situation, the parameter can only be configured using a command via SMS, USB, Internet (from the GPS platform).
BUT if you change the settings after configuring this parameter using NTC Configurator v3.1.6 and older, then the device will set the default value of the parameter (180 sec).
