The DRC service is not a fleet monitoring platform and is not intended for vehicle location tracking. It does not provide a map interface for displaying locations and does not store the location history of devices.
DRC is a service for diagnosing, maintaining, and remotely managing NAVTELECOM devices.
Users register once, gain access to their account, and receive a unique system identifier (Account ID).
The device is configured with the DRC connection interval and the user's account ID (assigned during account registration). Devices connect to DRC either at the configured interval or on demand.
When a device connects, the service checks the task queue assigned to that device. If the queue is empty, communication is terminated. If tasks are available, they are executed sequentially in the order they were created.
Tasks that have been queued but have not yet been completed can be cancelled (deleted) by the user.
To manage a device remotely, it must be bound to your DRC account. Complete both registration steps:
➜ Create an object in your DRC account using the device IMEI.
➜ Configure the DRC Account ID on the device.
