¶ Register the Vehicle
¶ Register on the RNIS Portal
Sign in to the RNIS portal and register your vehicle by following the instructions available at https://rnis.mos.ru/.
¶ Enter Device Information
When registering the vehicle in the RNIS system, specify the following device information:
- Protocol - select
Navtelecom - Identifier - enter the device IMEI (15 digits)

You can obtain the device IMEI in one of the following ways:
Connect the device to NTC Configurator via USB or through the RCS service (see the detailed instructions in the Remote Configurator article).
