¶ Reading from Device
- Connect to the device and go to the Control tab
- Select Read telemetry file item and specify the required time range
After downloading telemtry file, it is saved in the application folder and will be available in the main menu of the program.
¶ Sending to the Server
- Go to the main menu and select the Telemetry files section.
- Click the files you want to transfer to the server (one or more), then click the Send to server button.
- Specify IP (or DNS) and Port of the server. Select FLEX protocol version which the application will use to transfer data to the server. And click Send button.
- Wait for the telemetry transfer process to be completed.
Application connects to the server as a device and, imitating its operation, unloads the selected files in order (from top to bottom in the list). Upload status and task completion percentage are displayed to the right of the telemetry file.
- When the telemetry is successfully uploaded to the server, the application will return to the upload screen again, saving the upload results next to each of the telemetry files.
¶ Diagnostics
In case of problems when uploading telemetru to the server, after several unsuccessful attempts, the application will stop uploading the current file and move on to the next one (and so on through the list of files). Detailed information about the problems is contained in the debug logs of the application, which are located in the smartphone's memory.
You can access the logs through the program interface from the Settings section. It is necessary to click App logs.
Exchange log with the server is called telemetry-file-sending-log.txt.
File contains a log of the last upload attempt. Therefore, once problem occurs, do not repeat the upload, but first study the log file or send the file to technical support.
Otherwise, it will be overwritten by the last try.
