This article describes the available methods for changing the monitoring server on NAVTELECOM devices. The methods are listed in descending order of convenience and speed.

¶ Command via Internet
An Internet command can be sent directly from the server the device is currently connected to, if the following conditions are met:
- The device is connected directly to the server (not via retransmission);
- The device is NOT using the EGTS protocol;
- The server supports sending commands to Navtelecom devices.

¶ Command via SMS
An SMS command can be sent to any device if its SIM card number is known and the following conditions are met:
- The SMS control password is known or not set in the device;
- The device settings allow control from any number or your number is added to the trusted list;
- SMS functionality is not blocked on the SIM card.
Short format description:
- If no password is set in the device configuration:

If a password is set in the device configuration for SMS control, you must add the password and a space before
*!.

¶ Command via DRC
A command can be sent via the DRC service if the following conditions are met:
- You have a DRC account (Create a DRC Account);
- The device is configured to work with your account;
- An object with the device IMEI has been created in your account.
- Registration only needs to be completed once to obtain an Organization ID (after that, you can create multiple user accounts for different employees).
- The remaining steps are described in the "Sending via DRC" section.

Add one or more objects

When creating an object, only two parameters are required:
IMEI– always required;Password– required if it is set in the device (if a password exists in the device but is not specified in the DRC object, device control will not be possible)

Select objects (1) and (2), then assign a task (3)

¶ Configurator via Internet
Using the configurator, settings can also be changed remotely.
The process is described in detail in the "Editing in configurator" section.

Connect to the device remotely:

Do not forget to save the updated configuration to the device
