When logging CAN bus, you should always use the latest firmware version of the device and the latest Configurator.
Download the latest version of the Configurator
Go to the firmware list
List of supported vehicles for which data retrieval from the CAN bus is already available.
Logging CAN bus with a further decoding is possible in CAN Spy program, which is implemented in the NTC Configurator.
